Hourly rate is charged at - ($25 an hour) with or with out our own cleaning products being used.
-weekend and public holidays a minimum hire of 2 hours is required with the hourly rate charged of ($30 an hour).

we provide our cleaning service for full bond cleans of a rate charged at $40 an hour with a minimum hire of 2 hours required.

Here at J@S Cleaning we provide value packages for full bond cleans for those who may be on budget or just simply wanting to save money and not wanting the stress of the hourly rate charge and weather or not you can afford the hours that may be building up.

these charges are for standard bond cleans, prices may vary with extreme property conditions.
☺ standard 2 bed 1 bathroom home full bond clean - $160
☺ standard 3 bed 1 bathroom home full bond clean - $230
☺ standard 4 bed 1 bathroom home full bond clean - $295+
- an additional $25 may be added per extra room depending size and conditions.
we are quite happy to negotiate in some circumstances when it comes to having extra rooms in your property, so never be afraid to raise any matters, concerns or enquires with the cleaner.
